Job Description:
Central Poultry Malawi is looking for a qualified Food Nutritionist to provide expertise in food quality, nutritional analysis, and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutritional analysis of food products
- Develop and implement nutrition programs and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Provide dietary advice and nutritional education
- Monitor food production processes for nutritional quality
- Prepare reports on nutritional content and recommendations
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in food nutrition or related role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Registered with relevant professional body is an added advantage
