FINCA (Malawi) Limited is increasing access to its services and products through alternate channels. We are committed to Trust, Empathy, Courage and are seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to join our team to strengthen and prepare the institution for the challenges ahead.


Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Branch Managers to achieve savings mobilization targets including growth in number of clients, deposit volumes, product usage, and cross-selling opportunities.

Collaborate with the Marketing Department to design and implement promotional campaigns aimed at increasing savings mobilization and brand visibility.

Prepare and submit monthly performance reports on sales targets, achievements, and key activities to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with institutions and organizations with the aim of growing payroll loan partnerships.

Provide technical support and expertise in managing institutional and corporate relationships.

Promote FINCA (Malawi) Limited’s savings products, services, and alternative delivery channels including POS and Mobile Banking platforms to clients and partner institutions.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, IT, Marketing, or any other business-related field

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales preferably in a banking environment,

Knowledge of banking will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

High level of professionalism and integrity.

Ability to work effectively within teams and across departments.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.

High degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
