Role Overview:

Swift Capital Growth Partners is looking for motivated Sales Agents to promote civil servant & employee loan products. Agents will generate leads, guide clients through loan applications, and work closely with Loan Officers to meet business targets.

Key Duties:

• Source and build client relationships

• Promote loan products in assigned areas

• Compile complete loan applications (KYC docs)

• Support loan disbursement & collections

• Ensure professionalism and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field

• 1–2 years’ sales/business development experience

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional
