REMOTE COLLECTIONS OFFICERS (2 POSITIONS)

---

Job Summary:

FINCA Malawi is seeking dynamic and professional individuals to join the team as Remote Sales Officers and Remote Collections Officers. The roles involve selling FINCA products, collecting delinquent loans, and providing excellent customer experience through remote channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collect outstanding arrears from delinquent loan clients

· Sell loan and savings products to potential and existing clients

· Answer all incoming voice calls

· Resolve client complaints within acceptable Turn Around Time (TAT)

· Accurately process requests from FINCA branches and agents

· Record all client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)

· Conduct customer feedback and experience surveys

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Diploma in Business Studies or any other relevant field

· Conversant with computers – able to use Microsoft Excel and Email

· Excellent negotiation skills – able to solicit loan repayment commitments

· Manages emotions – handles tense conversations with rude or angry clients professionally

· Adaptability – able to deal with frequent changes or unexpected events

· Ethics – treats people with respect, keeps commitments, inspires trust

· Dependability – follows instructions, responds to management, meets targets

· Quality – demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work

· Professionalism – follows through on commitments, treats others with respect
