Kawalazi Estate Company is looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead its technical team and ensure efficient operations across the estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise engineering staff
• Oversee plant and infrastructure integrity
• Optimize maintenance systems and processes
• Ensure efficient use of technical resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 15+ years leadership experience (preferably in a tea estate)
• Strong strategic resource management skills
• Practical, hands-on approach to engineering challenges
