Location: Malawi

Workforce Recruitment Services is recruiting a Laboratory Technician on behalf of a client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests and experiments according to established protocols
• Analyse and interpret test results with accuracy
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Prepare reports and document findings

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in laboratory work
• Strong knowledge of lab equipment and testing procedures
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain accurate records
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
