OVERVIEW 

At CRC Recruiting, we specialize in providing expert HR consulting services, including recruitment for a wide range of clients.


We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients for the following key position:


1. Marketing Officer


Location: Lilongwe




DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Campaign Management: Planning, implementing, and overseeing advertising and promotional campaigns across various media (social, print, digital).


Content Creation: Preparing and distributing marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and blog posts.


Market Research: Analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.


Event Coordination: Organizing and attending marketing activities, trade shows, and events to raise brand awareness.


Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports to evaluate campaign success and ROI.


Budgeting: Assisting in preparing and monitoring the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.


Collaboration: Working with sales, product development, and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.


Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in marketing roles, often requiring specific experience in digital marketing or social media.


Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and web analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).


Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging copy and building relationships.


Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.


Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
