Job Summary

We are urgently seeking dedicated and professional Security Officers to join our dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidates will work closely with the Operations team to ensure the safety and security of company premises, assets, staff, and visitors, while adhering to company procedures and performing assigned duties with efficiency, vigilance, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol premises to ensure safety and security. • Control access of staff, visitors, and vehicles in and out of the premises. • Protect company assets, property, and personnel from theft or damage. • Report suspicious activities, incidents, and security breaches promptly. • Conduct regular security checks and inspections. • Maintain security logs and incident reports. • Enforce company rules, regulations, and safety procedures. • Respond to emergencies such as alarms, disturbances, or accidents. • Assist in managing crowd control when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or equivalent. • Previous experience in security or related field is an added advantage. • Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response. • Physically fit and able to work shifts, including nights and weekends. • High level of integrity, alertness, and attention to detail. • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision. • Basic report writing skills.
