POSITION: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVES

Location: Blantyre, Lilongwe Mzuzu and Zomba Branch

Job Summary

We are seeking for experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team and play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day sales and marketing activities which includes designing and implementation of marketing strategies. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in customer service, decision making skills, and a passion for optimizing sales and maximizing profits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Smart Deliveries' client base within the assigned territory, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and industry associations.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing Smart Deliveries' services and value proposition.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Customer Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and requirements, and recommend suitable transportation solutions to meet their business objectives.

Proposal Development: Assist in the development of proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform sales strategies.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and opportunities, and provide regular reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the Sales and Marketing Manager, demonstrating a proactive approach to sales and goal attainment.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team and other departments to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and support overall business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration or any related Business studies from accredited institutions Obtained between 2022 to 2025

Proven experience as a sales person.

Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
