Job Summary  

We are urgently seeking a dedicated and professional Load Escort to join our dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations team to ensure the safe, secure, and timely escort of loads, while adhering to company procedures and carrying out assigned duties with efficiency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Escort loads to ensure safe and secure transportation. • Guide drivers and monitor routes to avoid delays. • Ensure compliance with road safety and company procedures. • Communicate with drivers and operations team during transit. • Report incidents, risks, or delays promptly. • Verify load details and documentation. • Ensure timely delivery of goods. • Maintain basic records and reports of escort activities. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or equivalent. • Valid driver’s license (an added advantage). • Basic knowledge of road safety regulations. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work flexible hours and travel when required. • Physically fit and able to handle field duties. • Previous experience in security, logistics, or escort services is an added advantage.
