Outright Royce Limited, a growing pharmaceutical and medical supplies company, is inviting applications for the position of Business Development Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new clients (pharmacies, clinics, hospitals)
• Build strong customer relationships
• Promote and sell medical products
• Meet sales targets and monitor market trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Sales experience with proven results
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Background in medical/pharmacy field (added advantage)
• Existing client network (highly preferred)

Benefits:

• Base salary + 3%–7% commission
• Performance bonuses
