Clinic Nurse

 MACRO – CLINIC NURSE (3 POSITIONS)

Location: Mzuzu, Lilongwe & Blantyre

Reporting to: Clinic Incharge

The Malawi AIDS Counselling and Resource Organization (MACRO) is inviting applications for Clinic Nurses to join its IMPACT Project.

Key Duties:

• Provide HIV, STI, and family planning services
• Deliver counselling and health education sessions
• Monitor ART adherence and viral load outcomes
• Manage medical supplies and ART commodities
• Conduct defaulter tracing and follow-ups
• Mentor and train clinic staff

Requirements:

• Diploma (5 years experience) OR Degree (3 years experience) in Nursing
• Registered with Nurses Council of Malawi
• Certified in HIV/AIDS care, ART, PrEP, TB, etc.
• Strong counselling and communication skills
• Knowledge of MoH systems and ART management
• Leadership and team-building skills
