JOB OPPORTUNITY: NIGHT AUDITOR
Eden Estate Hotel & Resort – Lilongwe
Eden Estate Hotel & Resort, a premier leisure and hospitality destination along Kasiya Road, Airwing, Lilongwe, is inviting applications from passionate and qualified individuals to join our team as a Night Auditor.
Position Overview
The Night Auditor ensures smooth overnight operations, accurate financial records, and exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage guest check-in & check-out overnight
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints & emergencies
• Process invoices, post transactions & reconcile accounts
• Balance cash drawers & maintain financial records
• Prepare forecasting & auditing reports
Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (Hotel Master preferred)
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Attention to detail & multitasking ability
• Willingness to work overnight shifts
Experience
• Minimum 2 years in a hotel front office department
