POSITION: FUEL ATTENDANT 

Location: Area 10, Puma Service Station  

REPORTS TO: Filling Station Supervisor  

JOB SUMMARY  

We are looking for a reliable and customer focused Fuel Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient fuel service, handling payments accurately, and ensuring excellent customer care service at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

Dispense fuel accurately and safely to customers

Receive and process cash and electronic payments

Issue receipts where required

Maintain cleanliness of the forecourt and work area

Provide excellent customer service

Monitor fuel levels and report shortages

Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS  

Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)

Strong communication and customer service skills
