POSITION: CONFERENCE CENTRE ASSISTANT (1 POSITION)



CRECOMEX Limited is a Company under the Creative Centre for Community Mobilization (CRECCOM). It was established in 2018 but registered in 2019. The main purpose of CRECOMEX is to generate revenue through its wellestablished businesses, namely, state-of-the-art Conference Centre, Community Mobilization Consulting, Car Hire, and Real Estate. Revenues generated through these businesses are in turn used to sustain CRECCOM and its core activities. 


CRECOMEX Limited is in the process of growing the business, reaching out to customers, and exploring, and 

developing new business entities as it widens its horizon.


CRECOMEX Limited invites qualified persons to apply for a vacant position as follows:



Conference Centre Assistant (1 Position)



Duties and Responsibilities 


Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, the incumbents shall be responsible for: 


• Plan, prepare, and present a diverse range of meals and refreshments during functions, catering to various 

dietary needs and preferences (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, allergies)

• Playing a supervisory role to catering assistants in their day-to-day activities.

• Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including menu costing, kitchen supply requisitions, and inventory.

• Ensuring that the conference rooms, restaurant, toilets and the grounds are kept tiddy. 

• Ensuring that the conference rooms are timely properly set during functions.

• Preparing meals and refreshments for conferences and meetings

• Monitoring stock levels of biscuits, sweets, sugar, coffee, pens, and pads.

• Undertaking regular stock-checks for all hospitality needs.

• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.



Required Qualifications/Experience


• Diploma in Hospitality Management obtained from government-accredited colleges.

• Those with experience as Head Chef will have an added advantage.

• Good communication skills

• Good time management

• Outstanding customer care skills

• Good organization skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
