Job Summary  

We are looking for dedicated and professional driver aged between 30 and 45 years to join our reputable company.

Driver (1 Post)

Location: Lilongwe

Reporting Line: Head Driver

Key Responsibility

Safely transport goods to designated locations.

Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the vehicle at all times.

Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition through regular checks and servicing.

Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage and maintenance.

Perform basic vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tyres, brakes) before and after trips.

Report any mechanical issues, accidents, faults or incidents promptly.

Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.

Ensure timely deliveries adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

Malawi School Certificate of Education or equivalent.

Valid category driver’s license.

5 years’ experience in the same field.

Strong defensive driving license.

Clean driving records with no violations.

Professionalism, punctuality and strong time management skills.

Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure.

High level of responsibility and reliability.

Good communication skills.

Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
