Location: Malawi

Resain Consulting is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to manage inbound calls, respond to social media adverts, and drive sponsorship acquisition efforts for a valued client.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree holder with a minimum of 1–2 years of experience

· Skilled in marketing, networking, and finding sponsors

· Strong social media skills and experience

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Basic graphic design skills (flyers, images, text)

· Availability to work flexible hours, including off-hours

Compensation:

· 10% commission on every successful sponsorship

Note: This is a part-time role. Those already employed are also encouraged to apply.
