Balaka’s premier establishment is seeking an exceptionally skilled and passionate Head Chef.

What we need:

• Extensive hands-on experience in a busy restaurant environment
• Ability to manage multiple complex recipes and dishes
• Capable of working independently under pressure
• Maintains high-quality standards in food handling & presentation
• Strong leadership, creativity, and culinary technique knowledge

Minimum Qualification:

Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or Hospitality Management from an accredited institution
