🎯 Role Summary

The District Project Research Officer will lead and coordinate field-based research and project implementation activities, ensuring strong collaboration between farmers, researchers, government institutions, and private sector partners.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project operations
• Plan, implement, and monitor monthly and quarterly activities
• Link farmers, researchers, government, and private sector stakeholders
• Supervise fieldwork and data collection
• Prepare reports, policy briefs, and research outputs
• Conduct stakeholder engagement

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Agroforestry
• Forestry
• Natural Resource Management
• Agricultural Economics or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management (agriculture or climate resilience)
• Strong Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) skills
• Experience in research writing and reporting
• Strong coordination and leadership abilities
