Lindian Resources Mining Ltd is expanding operations at Kangankunde Mine and invites suitably qualified and motivated individuals to apply for the following positions:
Position: Personal Assistant (to the Construction Site Manager)
Job Overview
The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative, operational, and secretarial support to ensure the efficient functioning of the site’s management office. This role is critical in freeing up the Construction Site Manager’s time by managing daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Diary & Travel Management
Manage complex calendars and schedules.
Organize meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
Documentation & Reporting
Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Record and distribute meeting minutes.
Stakeholder Liaison
Act as the first point of contact for the Construction Site Manager.
Filter communications and coordinate with HODs, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Site Operational Support
Assist with contractor packs and compliance documentation.
Support production and safety meetings.
Office Administration
Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).
Order supplies and manage office expenses.
Assist in audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of company documents.
Confidentiality
Handle sensitive personnel, production, and corporate information with discretion.
Key Competencies & Skills
Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field (desirable)
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal).
Proactive problem-solving and anticipation of manager’s needs.
Professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion.
