POSITION: TECHNICIAN & MACHINE OPERATORS

Location: Lilongwe, Malangalanga

OVERVIEW

We are looking for qualified and hardworking individuals to join our team as Technicians and Machine Operators in a paper egg tray manufacturing factory.

Requirements:

Minimum of MSCE (Malawi School Certificate of Education)

General Fitting Certificate or related technical qualification

Experience in operating industrial or production machines is an added advantage

Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and repairs

Knowledge of valves and sensors

Welding skills are an added advantage

Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Honest, reliable, and disciplined

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate egg tray making machines efficiently

Perform routine maintenance and repairs

Work with and maintain valves and sensors

Carry out basic welding tasks when required

Ability to set the machine and bearings properly

Ensure smooth production processes

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area

Report faults and production issues on time
