We are seeking highly motivated graduates to join our Management Trainee Program, a structured development initiative designed to identify and groom future leaders across all areas of hotel management.

PROGRAM OVERVIEWSuccessful candidates will undergo:Intensive 12-month hands-on rotational training program covering the full spectrum of hotel operations.Upon successful completion of the local training phase, trainees will proceed to an additional 12 months of international exposure and certification designed to broaden their professional experience and leadership capabilities.

At the end of the program, high-performing trainees will be considered for appointment into substantive middle-management positions within the Group.
