Business Development Officer (2 Positions)

Vanguard Life Assurance Company Limited, a leading and high-performing financial services institution incorporated in Malawi, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Business Development Officers.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing existing clients and marketing Pension and Group Life Assurance products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review market and product design.
2. Conduct technical training and client servicing.
3. Conserve business and manage debts.
4. Promote pensions and corporate public relations.
5. Attend Board of Trustees and Fund meetings.
6. Prepare reports, returns, and marketing budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or Diploma in Insurance (CII).
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
3. Strong communication, public relations, and marketing skills.
