POSITION: ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (2 POSITIONS)

Location: Lilongwe

OVERVIEW

JOB TITLE: Electrical Technician (2 Positions)

RESPONSIBLETO : Maintenance Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Install, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and control systems.

Diagnose electrical faults and carry out repairs efficiently.

Perform preventive maintenance on electrical machinery and systems.

Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

Assist in testing and commissioning electrical installations.

Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.

REQUIREMENTS

Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or a related field

Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role.

Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Strong technical and analytical skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work under minimal supervision
