Community & Church Development Facilitator

Zion of Glory Ministry is seeking a motivated, committed, and experienced individual to serve as a Community & Church Development Facilitator. The successful candidate will coordinate community trainings, support vocational skills development, manage group loan activities, strengthen partnerships, and facilitate church and community transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with churches, community leaders, NGOs, CBOs, and government departments.
• Mobilize and train volunteers, women, and youth groups for community development activities.
• Coordinate value chain activities for agricultural and small business products.
• Organize and conduct vocational skills trainings for women and youth.
• Lead community meetings, workshops, and awareness sessions addressing social and economic challenges.
