This is achieved through participation in collaborative networks and partnerships, aligned with the needs and capacities of the communities, and in accordance with Catholic core values and principles, to ensure the delivery of the high- quality services, the Commission is seeking to recruit motivated and experienced individuals for the following vacant positions at one of its health facilities St. Robert Health Centre (Sitima).

Department : Finance and Administration

Reporting Officer : Facility In charge

Supervision Exercised : None

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for driving of organization vehicles as authorized by the authorizing office

Responsible for ensuring that the facility vehicles are road worth (has updated COF, Insurance)

Responsible for recording vehicle mileage, destination and purpose of trip, time, service, oiling and fueling history in the vehicle log book.

Ensure that vehicles are well packed by 17:00 hrs and reporting or ensuring reporting of any after 17:00 hrs activity to relevant authorities

Clean organization vehicles and ensure ever clean status of the vehicle

Report any accidents concerning organization vehicle to relevant authorities

Ensure that all traffic rules and regulations are adhered to

Perform messenger duties and other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications

Malawi School Certificate of Education Certificate (MSCE)

Clean, class driving license with three-year progressive experience plus defensive driving certificate

Knowledge, Ability and Skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Effective communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Sober mind
