Position: Shop Manager (2 Positions)

• Location: Rumphi Depot (1)
• Location: Mzuzu Depot (1)

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily shop and depot operations
• Supervising sales activities and customer service
• Maintaining proper stock control and inventory records
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Ensuring cleanliness, security, and organization of the shop
• Coordinating deliveries and supplier relations
• Monitoring cash handling and financial accountability
• Promoting business growth and achieving sales targets

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience in shop management, sales, or retail operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Computer literacy and knowledge of stock management systems will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Honest, reliable, and result-oriented
