POSITION: LOGISTICS OFFICER (2 POSITIONS)

Lupachi General Trading Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Logistics Officer (2 Positions). We are looking for highly organized and proactive professionals with practical experience in logistics and transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily logistics and transport operations.

Monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Prepare and maintain logistics records, reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with drivers, operators, supervisors, and clients.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules.

Address operational challenges and recommend effective solutions.

Support efficient planning and utilization of fleet resources.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics

Minimum of 3–5 years' practical experience in logistics operations, transport coordination, or fleet management.

Strong knowledge of logistics processes and transport operations.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report writing.
