POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER/ADMIN (1 POSITION)

Lupachi General Trading Limited is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Human Resource Officer/Admin to support and manage the company's human resource and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong HR knowledge, practical experience, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Maintain employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.

Coordinate staff training, development, and performance management activities.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns.

Assist in payroll administration and leave management.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Prepare HR reports and support management with workforce planning.

Provide administrative support to management and company operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management.

Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant experience in Human Resource Management and Administration.

Good knowledge of Malawi labour laws and HR practices.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in the transport, logistics, or construction sector will be an added advantage.

Must be flexible and willing to travel regularly between Lilongwe and Salima as required by company operations.
