POSITION: ENTERPRISE RISK & COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR

Join our dynamic microfinance institution and help strengthen enterprise risk management, audit issue resolution, compliance governance and sustainable growth.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management or related field

7+ years’ experience in enterprise risk, internal audit or compliance

Microfinance or financial services experience preferred

Strong knowledge of COSO, ISO 31000, KRIs/KPIs and risk dashboards

Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills
