Qualifications & Experience

• NCIC Foremanship Certificate, Grade 1 Certificate in Bricklaying/Carpentry, City & Guilds Technician Diploma in Construction, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong site supervision and leadership skills.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to relocate.
