Position: Sub-Hired Drivers

Overview

Diplomats Car Hire is inviting applications from experienced, professional, and reliable drivers to join its pool of Sub-Hired Drivers. The company is looking for mature, disciplined, and customer-focused individuals who are willing to travel extensively and work flexible hours.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be 40 years of age or older
• Minimum of 10 years’ driving experience
• Possess a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
• Hold a valid PGD Driving Licence
• Hold a valid Defensive Driving Certificate
• Hold a valid Chauffeur Certificate
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Physically fit with sober habits and good interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel widely and work odd hours
• Good eyesight, smart appearance, and professional conduct
• Must be based in Lilongwe or Blantyre
