Job Overview

PBM Construction Company Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill multiple Security Guard positions based in Mzuzu. Interviews will be conducted in Mzuzu, and applicants residing in Mzuzu will have an added advantage.

The Role

The successful candidates will:

Security and Asset Protection

* Protect company property and assets.

* Control access to company premises.

* Monitor and patrol assigned areas to maintain security.

* Report security incidents and suspicious activities promptly.

* Ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and company property.

Qualifications and Skills

* Minimum of a Junior Certificate of Education (JCE).

* 1–2 years of active security guarding experience.

* Physically fit and able to perform security duties.

* Clean criminal record.

* High level of integrity and professionalism.
