Head Office, Lilongwe (with frequent travel throughout Malawi)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, business development, microfinance, banking, fintech, insurance, or a related industry.
- Experience in recruiting and managing Sales Agents or field teams.
- Experience in loan products, payroll lending, or financial services is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
