• Passion for creativity, youth empowerment, and talent development.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with children, young people, and communities.
• Basic computer skills are an added advantage.
• Experience in education, music, arts, sports, youth programmes, or administration is an added advantage.
