Position: Building and Maintenance Officer
Location: Montfort Campus, Nguludi, Chiradzulu
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Degree from a vocational school or equivalent, including some supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of construction techniques under different working conditions.
- Ability to interpret working drawings and specifications.
- Ability to prepare cost estimates.
- Ability to detect, plan, execute, and supervise maintenance works.
- Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems.
