POSITION: COUNTRY SALES REPRESENTATIVE

OVERVIEW
The Role
We are looking for a self‑driven, energetic Country Sales Representative to build our distributor network in Malawi from the ground up. You will be our eyes, ears, and voice on the ground – identifying partners, developing relationships, and opening doors for M Group’s products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conduct market research to map all potential medical device distributors and hospital suppliers in Malawi.
· Identify, approach, and negotiate with qualified distributors.
· Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with partners.
· Support distributors with product training, marketing materials, and tender assistance.
· Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
· Report weekly on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Who You Are
· You have 1–3 years of sales experience (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG is a plus).
· You are hungry, persistent, and not afraid of rejection.
· You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· You can work independently and manage your own schedule.
· You are based in Malawi and ready to travel extensively within the country.
