POSITION: FACTORY MAINTENANCE MANAGER

OVERVIEW

Easy Pack Limited is seeking an experienced Factory Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities across our Flexible Packaging and Injection Moulding operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the factory maintenance department

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance

Lead new machine installation and commissioning

Maintain utilities including chillers, compressors, pumps, and generators

Ensure compliance with ISO and FSSC maintenance requirements

Improve equipment reliability and plant uptime

Technical Expertise

Electrical & Electronics

General Mechanical Maintenance

Chillers, Compressors, Water Pumps & Generators

ISO & FSSC Documentation

New Projects & Installations

Experience & Qualification

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering

15–25 years' experience in factory maintenance

Hands-on experience in Flexible Packaging and Injection Moulding industries

Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills

Remuneration

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and prevailing industry standards.
