POSITION: MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

Location: Lilongwe

OVERVIEW

Green Villages builds sustainable, well-planned urban communities for middle- and high-income Malawians. We're scaling fast and need a creative powerhouse to tell our story.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital and traditional media.

Run direct marketing campaigns with data-driven targeting and segmentation.

Manage brand, budget, and content for the website and social media.

Design illustrations, logos, and visuals using Adobe InDesign and other tools.

Write, edit, and produce engaging content that converts.

Manage SULSDEC social media platforms.

You Have

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

3+ years' experience in a similar role.

Advanced design software skills.

Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

High integrity; hardworking and results-driven.
