POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVES
Locations: Mzuzu, Lilongwe & Blantyre

What You'll Do
Market and sell properties to new and existing clients.
Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
Conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
Follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
Implement sales plans and achieve sales targets.
Research market trends and competitor activities.
You Have
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2+ years' sales experience, preferably in real estate, property, banking, or finance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Willing to travel frequently for client and site visits.
