POSITION: AUTO MECHANICS (4 POSITIONS)

Location: Blantyre

RECRUITING 4 AUTO MECHANICS FOR EUROPEAN MODEL TRUCKS & FREIGHTLINERS

We are looking for 4 experienced Auto Mechanics to join our team immediately!

Job Description:

Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on European model trucks (Volvo, MAN, Mercedes, Scania) and Freightliners Focus on: Engine repairs (fuel systems, turbochargers, injectors)

Transmission repairs (manual/automatic gearboxes)

Brake systems (air brakes, ABS)

Suspension and steering repairs

Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical issues

Collaborate with electricians for truck electrical/mechanical interfaces

Test vehicles post-repair and ensure roadworthiness

Requirements:

Malawi T3/T4 Trade Test Certificate in Automotive Mechanics

Minimum 5 years experience working on European model trucks and Freightliners

Expert in truck mechanical systems

Computer literacy (diagnostic software)

Valid Driver’s License (Manual)

Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
