POSITION: SALES AGENT (COMMISSION BASED)
Location: Blantyre and Lilongwe
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
Sell the Company’s specific range of insurance products.
Develop, track and meet individual performance targets.
Work in specific allocated markets.
Relationship management – creation of new markets and managing the relationships through regular follow ups.
Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations.
Monitors competition and market developments.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing Management, Insurance.
Not less than 2 years’ experience in sales.
Team Player.
Negotiating skills.
Self-starter.
Good English command.
