POSITION: DRIVER 

Location: Chichiri, Lilongwe and Mzuzu

OVERVIEW 

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Malawi Posts Corporation to fill the following vacancies:

Position: Driver

Grade: M10

Location: Chichiri, Lilongwe and Mzuzu Courier Offices

Duties / Responsibilities

Driving and taking good care of MPC vehicles.

Inspecting the vehicle for defects before, during and after trips and report to the Transport Officer.

Checking mail list to determine the number of mail bags carried and verifying accuracy.

Reporting all accidents and incidents involving the Corporation vehicles to the Transport Officer.

Reporting any delays due to breakdowns, traffic condition, or other emergencies relating to the collection of mail.

Maintaining all vehicle records such as logbooks

Any other related duties assigned by Management from time to time

Job Requirements

MSCE

Driving licence Code C1 with category PGD

More than 4 years of experience
