We are hiring a Fleet Manager to join our team in Lilongwe. This role is ideal for a mature, analytical and responsible professional who will manage fleet performance, fuel control, maintenance and driver compliance.

Position: Fleet Manager

Responsibilities:

Monitor fleet movements and driver behaviour through the GPS tracking system.

Track fuel consumption and investigate abnormal usage or variances.

Monitor servicing, repairs, tyre condition and vehicle cleanliness.

Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and maintenance records are updated.

Prepare regular fleet performance and fuel reports.

Investigate breakdowns, accidents and operational incidents.

Work with Operations, Dispatch and Workshop teams to improve fleet availability and efficiency.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Fleet Management, Transport, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing a commercial vehicle fleet.

Experience using GPS tracking and fleet management systems.

Strong knowledge of fuel control, vehicle maintenance and reporting.

Good Microsoft Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mature, organised and able to work with minimal supervision.
