- Bachelor's Degree in Education specializing in Languages
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
- Registered with the Teachers Council of Malawi (TCM) with a valid practising licence
- Minimum 5 years' teaching experience in a secondary school
- Age between 30 and 50 years
