POSITION: SALES & SHOP MANAGER (FEMALE ONLY)  

Lily Meals is hiring a female sales and marketing expert to manage our retail shop in Area 18A, Lilongwe. In this role, you will be the primary face of Lily Meals, running daily shop operations independently, driving sales, engaging with our online community, and guiding customers toward healthy food choices.

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

- **Shop Operations & Front-of-House**  

 Welcome walk-in customers, maintain an organized shop, manage physical stock, and handle daily sales transactions.  

- **Customer Care & Consultation**  

 Master Lily Meals’ product lines to recommend the best products for customers’ health and dietary needs.  

- **Order Management & Sales**  

 Process phone, WhatsApp, and social media orders, ensuring smooth pickup and delivery coordination.  

- **Social Media Management**  

 Keep social channels active by responding to comments, answering inquiries, and posting regular updates.  

- **Sales Targets**  

 Meet weekly and monthly sales targets to earn performance-based commissions.  

- **Independent Management**  

 Work reliably as the sole on-site team member during operational hours.

### REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS  

- Candidates should be between 21 and 26 years old  

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

- Proven excellent experience in sales, customer service, or retail management.  

- Enthusiastic about health, traditional foods, and wellness.  

- Comfortable using smartphone apps (WhatsApp, TikTok, Facebook, Gmail, Instagram) to handle inquiries and post content.  

- Ability to work independently with high integrity, trustworthiness, and strong time-management skills.  

- Basic record-keeping and basic math skills for stock taking and daily sales recording.  

- Residing in or near Area 18A, Lilongwe is an added advantage.
