MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery or a related field
- At least 4-5 years' experience in a professional kitchen, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and menu development
- Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills
- Sound understanding of food hygiene and safety
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Experience in stock control, costing, wastage control and kitchen operations
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent quality
- Passionate about food, service and creating memorable experiences
