POSITION: COLLECTIONS OFFICERS (COMMISSION BASED)

Location: Lilongwe, Mzuzu, Nsanje, Zomba, Chikwawa (kasinthula)

Job Description

The overall objective of this job is to ensure timely recovery of overdue loans and maintaining a healthy loan portfolio in line with Mudi SACCO’s credit policy. The role involves consistent follow-up on delinquent accounts, negotiation of repayment plans, and effective member engagement to minimize default risk and safeguard the SACCO’s financial position.

Qualification & Experience Required: MSCE & Higher (Residents of the said districts have an added advantage)
