POSITION: BRANCH MANAGER

Location: Mzuzu

Key RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage the operations of the Mzuzu Branch to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and improve overall branch performance.

Manage, mentor, and motivate the branch staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and the community.

Oversee financial management, budgeting, and reporting for the branch.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.

A proven track record of leadership and team management.

Strong understanding of the financial services industry and market trends.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
