HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Position Summary:

Victoria Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in HR management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Malawi labour laws, HR policies, and employee relations.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, training, and staff development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
